Tony Hernandez is the President/CEO of Innovative Action Consulting LLC providing community development and affordable housing services. He served as an Obama appointee as the Administrator of Rural Housing Services providing housing community and economic development services. In addition to his community development consulting, he also serves as a Professor at Metropolitan State University & University of Denver Graduate Schools of Social Work where he teaches Policy Analysis and Leadership & Supervision. He is a former five-term Colorado State Representative and was recognized as Legislator of the Year for his successful legislative efforts in economic development.
