Alvina brings decades of experience in community engagement and Spanish-language and general market media and communications. She founded PowerMap Ltd., which merged with SE2. She earned a fellowship with the Latino Leadership Institute Executive Program and a DEI Certificate from Cornell University. Alvina, who is bilingual, serves on the boards of Western Colorado University and the Colorado Fiscal Policy Institute, as well as on the Colorado Disability Funding Committee.
