The Telluride Daily Planet cited CFI on K12 budget cuts due to TABOR

Colorado ranks 47th in the nation for K12 funding, spending more than $2000 less per student than the national average.  The Telluride Daily Planet cited CFI economist Chris Stiffler, in an article explaining that this decrease in K12 funding, is in part a result of TABOR.
