CFI was quoted by The Blaze in their article about marijuana tax dollars most likely being refunded due to TABOR. Ironically, the marijuana tax was established to raise money for education and drug rehabilitation; however, a lot of the revenue may have to be given back because lawmakers were incorrect on their revenue estimates.
