RTD references CFI’s report “Tickets to Thrive”

RTD referenced CFI’s report, “Tickets to Thrive“, in their blog about what would happen if Colorado drivers had to pay at their parking stations. Current Colorado laws do not allow RTD to charge most drivers to park at their stations; however, with the large costs it takes to build parking spots in Denver, these costs are passed on to passengers. Charging drivers to park would enable RTD to offer more affordable riding fares and more frequent bus services.
