It is becoming more and more difficult for individuals to be able to afford living in Denver. According to a study run by the Economic Policy Institute, there has been an increase in low-wage jobs, whose workers are not making enough to get by. CFI’s economist Chris Stiffler, was quoted saying it isn’t that the money is not available, it is just not being circulated downward.
