NPR quotes CFI on marijuana tax rebates

NPR quoted CFI’s communications director Tim Hoover on a story about Colorado’s marijuana money having to be given back as rebates, unless lawmakers can come up with a solution. Although marijuana taxes have generated tens of millions of dollars in the first year, most of this will have to be refunded under a small provision in the state’s constitution known as TABOR.
