New bill poses threats to online sales tax law

The Denver Post quoted CFI’s Communications Associate Samantha Curran, on a bill that would weaken the requirements for Colorado’s online sales tax law. This bill would result in an estimated $4.7 million revenue loss, not a sum of money the state can afford to lose in a year where we’re pondering significant cuts to schools and other vital services.
