Law Week Colorado cites CFI on Wage Theft

Law Week Colorado cited CFI’s research on wage theft and the growth of construction jobs in Colorado. Unfortunately, the large demand for labor invites opportunity for wage theft, which refers to the failure of an employer to pay workers the wages they are owed. Nearly half a billion Coloradans are losing about $750 million a year in pay and benefits in nonpayment or lawfully owed wages.
