Don Marostica supports Amendment 70

CFI board member Don Marostica, wrote a column for The Denver Post explaining why he supports Amendment 70, an amendment to raise the minimum wage in Colorado. There has been a lot of talk from the opposition about how raising the minimum wage would result in large job losses. However, “…all the evidence shows the same thing. Modest increases in the minimum wage have little to no effect on employment and actually help the local economy.” As a Republican, a businessman and a former state lawmaker, he relies on the facts to make his decisions and the facts are all pointing towards positive outcomes.
