Does TABOR really have our backs?

CFI’s executive director Carol Hedges, wrote a column for The Denver Post explaining how TABOR, a bill frequently acclaimed to carry out the will of voters, is actually doing the exact opposite. Do you remember voting to tax marijuana to collect revenue for schools? Well as a result of TABOR, all that money may have to go back. Is your city suffering from recent floods or forest fires?
