Denver Business Journal piece features CFI’s report on low wage jobs

The Denver Business Journal featured CFI’s report, “Share of Low Wage Jobs in Colorado Growing, Putting More Pressure on Taxpayers”, in an article published Friday. CFI found that about 600,000 Colorado workers are employed in jobs that pay less than $12 dollars an hour. These low wage jobs are not only making it difficult for these individuals to get by, but are also costing taxpayers about $304 million in health care costs.
