CFI’s executive director, Carol Hedges, was quoted by The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel in a piece about Senate President Bill Cadman’s first bill. This bill is designed to change the way TABOR refunds are handled. Under this bill, low- and middle-income workers would receive a larger portion of the rebates to help improve the economy for middle class Coloradans.
