Colorado Independent runs CFI’s column on the “Colorado Conundrum”

Carol Hedges, CFI’s executive director, wrote a column for The Colorado Independent about the “Colorado Conundrum”. This term describes Colorado’s current situation in which we have one of the fastest growing economies with one of the lowest unemployment rates, yet we underfund education and transportation. We rank poorly on many key priorities and this is all a result of TABOR.
