CFI’s communications director Tim Hoover, was quoted by The Colorado Independent about the five Colorado fiscal forecast takeaways. From this forecast, the unemployment rate is good, our state budget will experience cuts due to TABOR despite the recent increase in money, taxpayers can expect a refund under $100, lawmakers have $49 million to spend on new bills and there will be no funding for transportation.
