CFI is quoted on passage of Amendment 71

The Denver Business Journal quoted CFI’s communication director, Tim Hoover, in a piece discussing the passage of Amendment 71, a measure that will now make it harder to amend the state’s constitution. CFI was a part of a large and diverse coalition who was opposed to this amendment and were fighting to protect the rights of ordinary citizens. Different groups ranging from all interests came together to fight against amendment 71, but ultimately did not have the vast resources that were available to the other side.
