Advocacy Denver featured an interview with CFI’s Executive Director Carol Hedges, discussing Colorado’s large budget shortfall and what it means for our state this fiscal year. Hedges’ long-term solution is a piece of legislation that has bipartisan sponsorship that would change the formula that determines whether money needs to be returned to taxpayers.
