Fox 31 quotes CFI on marijuana tax and school funding

CFI’s economist Chris Stiffler, was quoted by Fox 31 in a story highlighting the small effect marijuana tax dollars have on schools. Although Colorado sets aside $40 million of marijuana tax revenue for schools alone, it is not near enough to cover the recent cuts in school funding.
