Colorado legislators must decide on a newly proposed bill that will create a sales and tax refund on information technology equipment for companies that invest at least $20 million within two years. CFI’s director of tax and legislative policy, Ali Mickelson, was quoted in The Denver Business Journal’s coverage of the story.
