CFI’s Executive Director Carol Hedges, was quoted by the Denver Post about her reactions to Governor John Hickenlooper’s proposal to revamp the way refunds are given under the Tax Payers Bill of Rights (TABOR). His proposal suggests that low- and middle-income workers would receive the largest portion of refunds.
