Lawyers around Colorado are making a case around the fact that they believe the Tax Payers Bill of Rights amendment to the state’s constitution is a violation of the U.S. Constitution. They argue that TABOR restructured the state government in ways that violates rights granted to each state under the U.S. Constitution.
