The Durango Herald quoted CFI in a story highlighting Colorado’s budget struggles as a result of TABOR’s tight limit on state taxes. As a result of Colorado’s rapid growth, which is expected to grow by 2 million in only 14 years, Colorado is forced to pit important priorities like roads and education against each other.
